That's what I suggested to you way back in the beginning of this!
It would probably be a job to setup with document automation through a
database connection. However, this isn't something you can learn overnight.
However, I do have a sample on my web site, but for what you want, it'll be
a lot more involved that just connecting for the one doc. You'd need
additional automation to loop through the list of names and also to save
and/or print the docs. You can learn some of the basics from my Please Fill
Out This Form # 5 sample and demo download at

But you'd either have to start studying VBA and ADO (ActiveX Data Object),
which will take you some time to learn and experiment with...or, use some
other method...or, compromise on what you want....or, hire someone who knows
how to do this and have them program it for you.
