[mso] Word Mailmerge

Is there a way that I can extract just the last 2 digits of a field in a merge
statement? I have a fieldname 'classof' exported from the main database which
comes across into excel as a four digit number e.g. 2006, 1967 etc. I only want
to use the last two digits when producing name badges.
