[mso] Word Form IF ?

Hi All.
I have a field in Excel that can contain either a telephone number or an
email address.

I want to pull information only if it is a telephone number.

I thought I might be able to write a little something like if [field]
like "@" then leave null but haven't had much luck.

Any help appreciated. /g
