[mso] Re: Word Envelopes and Labels

A couple things you can try...

Go here and read my Word Troubleshooting page....look in there for the
instructions for doing each of the following, then do them in this order:

1. first follow the instructions for creating a new normal.dot file
2. If that doesn't fix it, follow the instructions for creating a new data
key in the registry
3. if that still doesn't fix it, follow the instructions to uninstall Office
2k, then RUN THE ERASER TOOL, then reinstall Office 2K

HI:  I'm new here and I guess my original posting
went astray.

I am using win98SE and Office 2k.

The envelopes and lables option under word tools
has always worked---up until I tried to use it
the first time in a couple of months.  

Now Envelopes and Labels is grayed out and I
can't access it.

I have gone through the Office Re-Install/repair
business under add/remove programs.  No change.

Anyone have any ideas on how to reactivate it?
