[mso] Word Envelopes and Labels

HI:  I'm new here and I guess my original posting
went astray.

I am using win98SE and Office 2k.

The envelopes and lables option under word tools
has always worked---up until I tried to use it
the first time in a couple of months.  

Now Envelopes and Labels is grayed out and I
can't access it.

I have gone through the Office Re-Install/repair
business under add/remove programs.  No change.

Anyone have any ideas on how to reactivate it?
