For the MOST part MAC and PC file formats are different.
The good thing is, there is at least 1 free converter program (I can't remember
the name) available for download (search google) which will allow you to read
MAC formatted disks (not sure if it's all disks but 100mb ZIP's work) in a PC
drive.
