Not sure if this will work for you as you didn't mention what version of
Word you're using.
In version 2010:
Page Layout tab
Columns (arrow down) and choose more columns Choose two columns Uncheck the
box for Equal Column Width Make column 1 the width you want Make column 2
the width you want Check the box for Line Between
