[mso] Word 2007 Converting all .doc files to .docx

Is there a way to automatically convert all .doc files to .docx after
Office 2007 has been installed or do you have to use the Convert tool on
a file by file basis? I don't share files with others using previous
verions of Word and would prefer not to work in Compatibility Mode.
