I quickly realized I told you where to get the tools, but not how to do the
conversion.

PDF995 and PDFWriter are actually drivers which "print" your document to a PDF
file. So, to convert the document to PDF, you will need to install a converter
(see previous response for several options). Then, print your document to the
"printer" you just installed. You will be prompted to save the new file with a
PDF extension. In order to preview your new PDF file, you will need a reader
(Acrobat Reader is free: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html).

If you need any help with the install or conversion process, post back.

If you only need to convert this document and won't need added functionality in
the future, I recommend PDF995 (http://www.pdf995.com/). It's a free
converter. The only general downside I can see is that it routinely creates
larger files than Adobe Acrobat PDFWriter.

If you want to invest some money, check out the full Adobe Acrobat
(www.adobe.com). There appears to be a free 30 day tryout of Acrobat 6
(http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/tryout.html).

I am taking a Word document to a graphic designer to be printed. He says I
should put it into a pdf format. Can someone please tell me how to do it?
