[mso] Word 2003 Spell Check doesn't work in upper case

I am using XP with Word 2003.  For some reason spell check doesn't recognize 
errors is words that are all in capitals.  It seems to do everything else. 
I am assuming I can change that somehow.  Can someone tell me where to go to 
correct this situation?
