YAY thanks so much, that did it!

Looks like the selection for viewing white spaces between pages has been
toggled off.
Go to Tools>Options and in the Print and Web Layout options section of
the
View tab select "White spaces between pages" and click Okay.=20

Suddenly last week, the top margin on a new blank document, when viewed
in
print layout view, disappeared. So instead of seeing the entire "page"
including the top, like I used to, I have the cursor blinking at the
very
top, and the top of the page appears cut off. If I click on View Header,
I
can see that area, but I used to be able to see it without having to
view
the header. Is there a way I can set it back to how it was?
