Hi Bill

This is all to do with the pre-formatted paragraphs that you are lifting
from your net sources.  Some of them will be set to show space at the end
of the paragraph, others not.  The only way (I know of) you can sort this
quickly is to use Styles - ie select one of the offending paragraphs,
update the formatting on that and apply it to all instances of the same
style in the document.

There are times when I cut, copy & paste different papers I have pulled
from the net. When I copy them over to a fresh word worksheet I have to
put spaces between new sentences (little red lines are displayed) and on
some I don't have to. Is there a button in properties I can go to to make
some adjustments to my pages? T.I.A.....bill
