[mso] Re: Word 2000 merge

Sorry, don't know what to tell ya cos' it works fine for me when I go
through the steps in Word 2000. 

Maybe you can document your steps, exactly, so we can reproduce them as you
are doing to see if you're missing something???

The merge fields are already in the envelope design.  I've even tried 
redoing them "for the program" but still a gray merge button.
