[mso] Word 2000: Removing Mail Header

The other day a student clicked on Send to... Mail Recipient instead of Save
As. Is there any way of removing the mail header and restoring it to a
normal Word document? I ended up copying all of the content and pasting it
into a new document but I felt there ought to be a neater way.
