I went to these sites and downloaded the manuals! I guess I am still in the
dark it will do TOC and things like that but to convert a Index to a link
just don't seem to be there am I missing something?
Why dont you try Microsoft's Reader?
It is an excellent program for reading large volumes of text! And the
indexes are clickable!
