That's why I haven't done it Ladies, I thank both of you for the comments
and I say I don't have it in one file  But  You can from my experience  get
in big trouble doing a index from  pages or anything that isn't in one file
I know  It is suppose to work and it does most times  but some times it
don't work <g.  That;s one thing they could do is improve the indexing
feature in Word.

Now I am off the soap box. <g>
