[mso] Word 2000 Pro

I have a very large file some 2000 plus pages of a book that I have indexed!
Is there anyway I could use the index and bookmark these words that are
indexed and make my index clickable?
If I could do this and made it into a Adobe file it would sure work slick!
Any Ideas? And Thanks in advance.
