Hi all
I've got 2 profiles set up in Outlook, one of which is me privately with my
many email addresses, the other is me at work via a secure intranet link to
MS Exchange Server. From time to time I've noticed that if I click on a
file (desktop, my docs etc) and use the "send to" function, while connected
to my work profile the email disappears and never gets sent - until I log
into my personal profile where it can sit for days at a stretch. I now know
it happens so I can take avoiding action, such as opening an email before
attaching the doc or file, but I really want to know how to stop it
happening in the first place. It seems bizarre - it's never asked for which
profile to apply so I have no idea what's causing it! Help please?
Anne
