Hi Mark... What was the spam program? How did it decrease Outlook's performance? What were the various problems you had after you "removed" the spam = program? How did you remove it? How did you "remove" Outlook and "reload" it? Why do you assume it has the original problems just becuz it remembered = your settings? WHAT settings? WHAT VERSION OF OUTLOOK DO YOU HAVE? Sorry...but these are the kinds of things we need to know in order to = help you with stuff like this.....but, without much info, I will tell you = some basic stuff First, uninstalling Outlook rarely fixes problems like this...secondly, there is no easy way to get rid of the residual stuff in just one of the Office programs....you can try the Officer Eraser utilities to remove = ALL of Office...Microsoft also offers pages with manual instructions for = removing ALL of Office....but since you didn't say which version you have, I = can't give you a direct link...but you can go to my Office page and scroll = down til you see the red boxes that give links to the erasers AND the manual removal instructions...but remember that this will remove ALL of Office = and not just Outlook...here's the link to my Office page: http://personal-computer-tutor.com/office.htm But....before you do this, why don't you answer the questions I asked at = the beginning of this email and maybe someone can help you fix Outlook Linda Publisher ~ ABC ~ All 'Bout Computers Owner ~ Linda's Computer Stop http://personal-computer-tutor.com FREE MS Office eBook Tutorial http://personal-computer-tutor.com/library.htm =20 -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On = Behalf Of Mark Webster Sent: Thursday, August 07, 2003 1:23 AM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Want to Reload Clean Version of Microsoft Outlook?
