Are you using a MS Intellimouse? If, so, go into Control Panel, Open up
the Mouse category and check the settings for your Intellimouse.

I'm working with a group of people, at a number of remote locations, on
a series of documents that have been developed with WORD. We constantly
update each other's work and communicate via email with the documents
serving as attachments. As I get a new Email, I open the attachment and
save it, and begin to review the latest changes. I, as well as the
others, set "Tools, Track Changes, Highlight Changes" and then check
all 3 boxes.
We also "Insert, Comments" as we review and make changes.
A few months ago, when reviewing changes, running the mouse over the
edited lines of the documents was sufficient to open a small window
containing the initials of the person making the change, the date of the
change and a comment, if one was made.
I no longer have that capability, although the other "reviewers" do.
I can see the modifications, which are color-coded, and I can View the
Comments, but I have lost that mouse "sensitivity."
I would appreciate any ideas that may have on this. Thank you.
Stu
