Teresa,
I don't have the time to look at the webinar just now, but in Word 2010 you can
choose how many pages appear on the screen in the "View" menu, click on "Zoom",
check the little button that says "Multi Pages" ou "Various pages" (I don't
know the exact english equivalent on the menu because I have here Word in
Portuguese) then click on the little triangle at the lower right corner of the
icon to choose how many pages on the screen.
