In OE I create Groups of Contacts and then just select the Group to send =
the
email to.=A0 I assume you can do that in Outlook.=A0 This will work so =
long as
you can create a Group of all Contacts for a given characteristic.

That could work.
But I'm trying to avoid that.

to them, without the need to add them to a category
