In OE I create Groups of Contacts and then just select the Group to send the
email to. I assume you can do that in Outlook. This will work so long as you
can create a Group of all Contacts for a given characteristic.

I use MS Office and Outlook.
I want to send an email to everyone in my Outlook Address Book with a given
category assigned to them.
How do I select all these people and make them the addressees?
