[mso] Re: Using Office to Send to a Bunch of People

Do you want to put them all in the To or CC or BCC line in one email? If
so, open a new email and click on the To button or the CC or the BCC button,
when your address book comes up, click the first name to select it, then
scroll to the bottom and hold the shift key and click the last name ... that
will select them all ... then just click the To, CC, or BCC button in the
address book

Or, if you want to send them individual mails, create the letter in Word,
using the Mail Merge feature and choose to send it to you Outlook Contacts.

Subject: [mso] Using Office to Send to a Bunch of People

I use MS Office and Outlook.

I want to send an email to everyone in my Outlook Address Book with a given
category assigned to them.

How do I select all these people and make them the addressees?
