Ray, 
There are two ways to do what you want. The first way is to use the
"Distribute Rows Evenly" feature. It is found on the Table menu. To use it,
set one row to the height you want, then select Distribute Rows Evenly from
either the right click or Table menus.

Another way to do it is to select the whole table and go to Table Properties
(again either via right click or the Table menu). On the Row tab, click the
check box for "Set Row Height", set the row height to a number and then set
the drop down box to far right to "Exactly".

Do either of those get you where you need to be?
