the first date is invalid: february can't ever have day 30. Also, 1938 
couldn't have even a february 29th, seeing it wasn't a leap year.

I knew it was going to come back and kick me. There is over 61,000 of these 
dates and I did not even think to check for validity for February.  I will 
write something to make that impossible to happen again.
