[mso] Transferring special functions with the worksheet

I found a neat function to handle conditional formatting which I added
it to my workbook as a module. When I sent the spreadsheet to a
colleague, she received an error message because it could not find the
function. Is there any way to set it up so that function goes with the
workbook? Or do I have give her the code and instructions and have her
use VBA to create it on her machine?
