[mso] Re: Time fields don't appear in Outlook 2003 Appointment Dialog box

Boy do I feel stupid. I thought I had cleared that check box, but I must
have done something to cause it to be reselected.

Sorry ... I meant to say that "all day event" is the default if you double
click a day in the Monthly view...if you use the Daily or Weekly view, this
is not the case. 
Anyway, just uncheck "all day event"
