[mso] Time down in PPT?

For sake of this email, suppose my presentation starts at 3:15pm. It is 
presently 2:40pm, 35 minutes before the presentation.

In Powerpoint, can I display a timer so that it counts down in HH:MM:SS 
format? And at 3:15, the presentation begins?
