[mso] Re: The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets.

Go to Tools>Options...click on the Mail Format tab...then click on the
International Options button and see what you have in the Encoding section.
It should be Western European (ISO).

 Here's another problem I'm having with Outlook 2003. I'm getting the error
message that is the subject of this message. I'm sending mail only in
English, so I don't understand why I'm having this problem. Could the
problem be in the different systems of the recipients?
