Hi Graham. Like I said in my last reply, if you go here, there's a link to
a picture that shows what each of those symbols is. Once you know the name
of the symbol, you can find it in the "Special" list in the Find/Replace
box.

As you can see, the first arrow you refer to is a Manual Line Break. Use ^l
(that's a lower-cased L)

While we're on this topic, does anyone know if there is a Find/Replace
facility (like ^p for paragraph, ^t for tabs, etc) for converting webpage
"new paragraphs" (i.e. the small arrow symbol similar to what is on many
Enter keys) with standard Word "new paragraphs", the "reversed p" symbol as
on the Show/Hide icon?
