[mso] Text file and Access

Background / Information:
1. users enter information via website.
2. website form forwarded to e-mail.
3. the e-mail/form is in text format.
4. the text form needs to incorporate into Access.
Basic fields include: Last name, First name, Address, etc.
Task need to complete:
Q. How do I incorporate the fields in text file into Access?
I can adjust the text form from the web into any format
that will be helpful to Access. My goal is to incorporate
the data into the dbase without re-typing.
