[mso] Re: Text alignment in tables - Word 2003

Before using this option, it's better to select the cell, go to the Format 
menu, Format-->Paragraph, and set the spacing *before* and *after* to 0 
points, otherwise the spacing that's set may restrict the vertical alignment.
