[mso] Re: TWO sets Personal Folders?!? How do I kill the second one?

Hello Linda-

1. Yes, I tried closing the personal folder I don't want. Unfortunately, it
was Microsoft stubborn and would not close.

2. I am searching for the PST folders now. If it doesn't delete, I can
change attributes and force it to let me delete it, right?

Thanks.

Robert

Have you tried right clicking on the personal folder you don't want and
choosing to Close it?

If Outlook won't let you close it, then search your hard drive for *.pst and
see how many you have....if you have more than one, you will have to figure
out which one you don't want, then delete it.

If you are able to do an export, do so. Export all the files you want to
keep to an independent file and location. Then if you loose something in a
remove and reinstall, it can readily be imported back in.
