[mso] TWO sets Personal Folders?!? How do I kill the second one?

We had a sudden storm. I powered down, and shut everything off.

Upon rebooting, I have TWO of everything in Outlook. Two Inboxes, two family
folders, two folders for medical email, blah, TWO of everything!

Ok, I combined everything except the Personal Folders and Inboxes. Outlook
tells me that Personal Folders, contacts, inboxes, etc cannot be deleted.
How do I delete the empty Personal Folder nonetheless?
