I have a friend that is using excel to keep track of quotes. This file has
approximately 12 columns of data and up to approximately 250 rows. He wants
to email it to his manager for additional input and data entry. He then
thinks he can get the file back and each of them will have the same
information. I see issues in the time they take in emailing the file back
and forth and the amount of changes made. I see several versions of the
file floating around at any given time. Is there a way to "synchronize" the
files that each will be working on. By the way, they are separated by
several thousand miles.
