But Greg, there ARE times when Word could really benefit from a REAL reveal
codes ability. I stopped using WP back in the mid-90's (when the Control F
whatever would be on the screen in a different color) and I really like
word, but every once in a while Word does something screwy and I can't fix
it and it makes me nuts. For no reason whatsoever (I hadn't used line or
section breaks AT ALL in the whole document) a contract I wrote all of a
sudden had a half a page of blank in it. I used cutting and pasting to try
to get it right in a new document, I tried all kinds of deleting. I put
breaks in and took them out, I used the shrink by one page in the print
preview. I couldn't see why Word wanted that area blank, and if I had
reveal codes like a friend of mine has on her WP, I could have fixed it
quick.
The little paragraph button just doesn't tell the whole story.
