<<It is so easy to hit reply and have the TO: field filled in automatically.>> But, there are TWO problems with this...first the obvious is that the subject line is very misleading...and SECOND, when you reply to a thread instead of opening a brand new email and starting a new thread, the archives and digest are all out of whack....even if you DO change the subject line, the mail itself is still attached to that thread in it's ACTUAL header so it shows up in the wrong place in the archives and in the digest version of this list...people always complain that the digest is confusing or the archives are not ordered properly and THIS is the reason why So...when you are starting a new thread, add mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx to your address book so it's easy....open a new blank mail, type ms and the full address should appear (as long as you've typed it once before)...then type in your subject line and question....I really don't think that's so much to ask in order for this group to have well-organized archives of all the valuable info that's shared here.
