Brilliant - thanks for the link. Sure enough there is an FAQ which refers to
these entries in the Most Recently Used list (see, I've learnt a new term!).
I did try the Mail programme for a while but found it a bit unsatisfactory.
Can't remember exactly why now, maybe I ought to try it again. Entourage
and Outlook are just a bit more mature. Then again I really like Safari and
don't miss Internet Explorer at all.
