There was a misunderstood.  I thinks that I did not explain well.

The sheet that has the hidden cells is the new one. I mean I have to copy
from a "sheet1" a column and then paste the data in a new sheet2 that has
hidden cells and I need that Excel paste all the data just in the visible
cells. 

In that way, If after that I decide to show all the cells of the new sheet2
I should see all the data coming from the sheet1 and some empty cells (the
cells that were originally hidden in the sheet2)

Hightlight the column you want.
Click on Edit, Go To, Special, visible cells only, okay
Click Edit, copy
Then paste to the new worksheet.
