only read this today, I have been away. My best wishes for your sister and your 
mom, and don't worry about spam, what's important now is for you to take care 
of your family, what little time you may have to spare use it to try to get 
some rest to keep you in good shape instead of worrying about the list. I'm 
praying for you all.
