Not quite sure what you mean. I have 5 contact lists in OL 2003...and run 4
email accounts, which could be different people if I was!<g> The only
problem with the contact lists is that only ONE is your main one, unless I'm
missing something. So you have to select others yourself. If two people are
using it, I would say to have the one who knows less get the contact default
and the more knowledgeable person create their own. That way they'd know
better to switch, manually.

Is it possible for 2 different people to use outlook 2003 with 2 different
address books

Can Outlook 2003 address be sorted by first name, last name or email address
like 2000 could
