You could be right, Wilson ... I thought he meant he simply wanted the data
listed downward in columns, instead of across in rows.

Hi Linda,
IMHO he's got his data in six-line groups; to do what you suggest he would=
 have to select each six-line group at a time and do the copying with=
 transposing for each group, not for the whole data range. Or did I=
 misunderstand his email?
