[mso] Re: Short cuts

Yes, they're fine on my XP/2003 environment too, but I _have_ seen 
situations where they weren't.  I don't remember the specific O/S and Office 
levels - it was possibly even 97/98.  Hence my suggestion to try it, but 
also a comment that it might not work.  As I said at the time: "Might not 
work ... but there's a fair chance that it will work OK".
