[mso] Re: Short cuts

I am late responding - I used to do that with access all the time, so I
could open 97 and 2002 without them conflicting each other. I cannot
recall the exact syntax, and maybe someone here can help, but I was taught
how to set the path to the document with the shortcut (editing properties)
then you set the path to the executable program at the end of the file
path name. If I can find an old sample I will paste it, but no luck so
far. If I recall, there was a certain way to type out the address to get
it right. I stopped needing to do that when we converted everything from
97, so have long forgotten the specifics, but I do recall it was fairly
easy to set up.

[mso] Short cuts

Is it possible to have two short cuts, one for each of two versions of
Excel and Word. The versions are 2002 and 2003.
They are installed and working OK. I have shortcuts for the 2003 version
but I have go through the Start and Program menus for the 2002 version.

Thanks, Bill
