Just park the pst in a shared folder, then in Outlook, go to File>Open
Personal Folders File (or Outlook Data File, if it's a later version of
Outlook)

Just use the same pst for all three computers and park it in a folder that
is shared by all three. I do this here, with no problems

Subject: [mso] Sharing Microsoft outlook in a workgroup

Hi,
I am using Microsoft Outlook XP and I got 3 PC in a network. Only peer to
peer environment, nothing on domain or server that sort.
I am asking if its possible to share a single PST on my main system and
use it on another Microsoft Outlook on another system on the same network
or any means of sharing it so that I can access it like a localintranet
webpage which I can delete, send messages that sort?
I know it can be done in exchange server but I don't own 1 and I can't
afford to buy it for a start.

Any suggestions?
I also know it can be done in a imap server or that sort, which I can be
flexible on that area so long I need to purchase a server to accomblish
that.

Cheers if anyone got anything for me to try.

Computer users are divided into three types: novice, intermediate and
expert.
Novice Users - People who are afraid that simply pressing a key might
break their
computer.
Intermediate Users - People who don't know how to fix their computer after
they've
just pressed a key that broke it.
Expert Users - People who break other people's computers.

Best and regards,
