10 computers is actually quite a lot.
I think you are going to have to spend a bit for a 3rd party solution and
I'm sure other members can help you with suggestions.
There are some solutions out there that solve *some* of your problems but I
think they only allow 5 computers for free.
I seem to remember that in office 2000 it was actually possible to share
exactly what you are talking about... Could have been server - client
though... but AFAIK this funtionality was removed as of and including
office 2002.
I think this was perhaps to "encourage" people to spend on Exchange server.
