[mso] Re: Shared and personal calendar

Thanks all
Believe it or not I put all the information in short term memory (mine) and
made it all work.
Surprises the heck out of me!
Thanks a bunch
Don

Yes, but why? The point of the calendar is to have all your
appointments/meetings/whatever in one place - easy to see, easy to
maintain.

The easiest thing to do, if you want to differenciate between
appointment types, is to use the Categories. IMHO. :) YMMV.

Also, you can mark your private things "Private". There's a button in
the lower-right corner of the Appointments dialog.

Subject: [mso] Shared and personal calendar

We use Outlook 2000. I have a personal calendar in Outlook. Is it
possible to generate a second calendar to share for shared events and
common meetings among other types of dates that one would like shared.
If not what would be a good alternative for a shared calendar.
Thanks
Don
