Hi Paul. Outlook isn't as "intuitive" perhaps as GroupWise but it works
just as well and does as much. Others on this list will probably be able to
give you chapter and verse better than I but we use it all the time here.

Perhaps OT but...
Ahhh... the wonder of Novell GroupWise 6.0 (v. Outlook). We can have
"appointments" and "posted appointments" as well as granting other
users "proxy access" to our calendars then querying all calendars for which
we have "proxy access" to find mutually available date/times for
"appointments."
I've never figured out how to all of those things with Outlook.
