Outlook does ALL of that too....I used to work helpdesk and supported ALL
corporate email programs, including Groupwise and Lotus Notes, etc., and I
think Outlook's shared calendar is the best....but you need to use Exchange
Server for all of those features.

Without exchange server, here's the only way I know how to share a calendar
with Outlook:

Perhaps OT but...

Ahhh...  the  wonder  of  Novell  GroupWise 6.0 (v. Outlook). We can have
"appointments"  and  "posted  appointments"  as  well as granting other
users  "proxy access" to our calendars then querying all calendars for
which we have "proxy access" to find mutually available date/times for
"appointments."

I've never figured out how to all of those things with Outlook.
